Step 1

Set one checklist

Bank statements, cards, payroll. The same list belongs to that client, not to a one-off request.

Step 2

It reopens every month

Files already received stay received. You and your client only see what is still missing.

Step 3

Send the same link

No client account. A reminder every 3 days until the list is clear, then one zip for the close.

Compared with request tools that cap you

Those tools meter clients, open requests, or reminder emails. File Chase is one price for the monthly chase.

Questions

Full guide
Does my client need an account?

No. They open one link. There is no password and no app to install.

What happens after 14 days?

Subscribe for $69/month to keep adding clients, uploading, and downloading zips. If you don't, you can still sign in and see what you saved. Nothing is deleted.

Is there a client cap?

No. File Chase does not charge by the client or by the open request.

When do reminders stop?

When nothing is missing for that close. They start again only if a later close has something left.

What is in the zip?

The files that came in for that close. A file you marked received without an upload is not in the zip. Earlier closes stay downloadable.
